Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy • Cancellation Window: Cancellations can be made without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. • Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled service, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. • No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a scheduled service without prior cancellation will result in a 100% charge of the service fee. • Course Refunds: For courses, cancellations made before accessing the course materials are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued after course access has begun. Booking Policy • Advanced Booking: All services and consultations must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. • Confirmation: Once a booking is made, you will receive an email confirmation with the service details, date, and time. Please ensure all details are correct and contact us immediately if any changes are needed. • Payment: Payment for the service must be made at the time of booking through our secure platform. For courses, full payment is required to access the course materials. • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation or service up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost. After this period, a fee may apply. Waitlist Policy • Join the Waitlist: If a service or course is fully booked, you may join the waitlist. Should a spot become available, you will be notified via email. • First-Come, First-Served: Waitlist spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once notified, you will have 24 hours to claim your spot before it is offered to the next person on the waitlist.
